Positive Influence of Traditional Spirituality on Society

In today´s age of modernity and new discoveries we are returning to phenomena which were completely ignored or even concealed only half a century ago as a result of different types of social regimes but also of the major religions. The literal destruction of traditional cultures has brought about global famines, ecological catastrophes, decline of spirituality and limited mindsets of people in mainstream society.

Studies have confirmed that people living in traditional cultures are healthier, save natural resources in their environment and protect their spirituality, secrets about the location, tribal identity, knowledge of healing, architecture and agriculture in the given ecosystem. We cannot revert to the completely traditional style but by adopting some of its building blocks we can save the heritage of our distant ancestors and thus live better lives and pass the wisdom on to our children.

What phenomena have appeared in the domain of our local but also the global culture is the topic of my lecture.
