Shamanism is an ancient spiritual tradition that is still practiced today, because it is powerful and effective. Looking at life and healing from a shamanic perspective has proven to be informative and beneficial for our contemporary, often alienated and disconnected way of life. Two experienced transpersonal psychologists and practitioners of shamanism will lead this workshop and will introduce you to several shamanic methods of transformation. In a safe and respectful way you will participate in rituals, shamanic drumming, sacred movement, sacred sounds, shamanic journeying, and group sharing. Dr. Lattuada and Dr. Schmitz will facilitate shifts in your consciousness to help you experience a deeper connection to the elemental forces of nature, to spirit, to each other, and to self. You will leave the workshop feeling more empowered, balanced, harmonious, and peaceful. You will have an experience of shamanic practices spirit helpers, direct revelation, and "two becoming one."
